I have never encountered such hospitality. All recommendations! I'm sorry we didn't have time to sit in the cafe for a while in the evening.

It was really a great stay, the price-performance ratio is great. The owner and the staff are very nice and helpful. There is great food and the prices for food and drinks are unbeatable Will definitely come again.

Unfortunately not what it used to be. Opaque prices. Buffet on weekdays at lunchtime € 8.95 -》 Soup, salad and dessert each € 1 extra. The menu has completely different prices. Namely € 10.95 including drinks from the self-service refrigerator. Apparently still the old map. Then you should remove them. Choice no longer what it used to be. Drinks from the self-service refrigerator were from the discounter at € 1.50 each for Saskia Lidl water or Pepsi, each 0.5l. Sorry, but we won't be back and we always enjoyed being there.

The food may be okay for passing guests and motorcyclists. Unfortunately I didn't like it. What is also annoying is that the pug barked all the time. I like animals very much, but eating was very annoying.

The best place to go for motorcyclists and everyone who likes to be served friendly and spoiled with culinary delights and at a mega price.

We were only there one night. The service was super good, fun, pleasant atmosphere. Very tasty food just watch out for the desert because the crowd will blow you away. Breakfast good and sufficient. Owner very nice and courteous. He's just a motorcyclist😉👍

We were guests of the farmer Gerd at the weekend. I have rarely seen anything so hospitable. Gerd and his team are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are kept simple, but very clean, and everything you need is there. We had breakfast there and ate from the buffet in the evening. It was delicious and there was something for everyone. All in all, it was a very successful stay at the farmer and we will definitely be back. Thank you for the nice weekend.

Ordered there today. 4 times Milanese schnitzel medium size. We got 2 small schnitzel each about 90 grams, both together, were simply cut apart in the middle. Make two out of one. We paid for 200 meat per serving and got just under 90 grams. We made a complaint and they said to us that the price cannot be accommodated and that if we should eat it now, we cannot do it. We brought it back. Never again!!!!

Great team, affordable prices, cozy rooms. Self-service possible with drinks and meals. All motorcycle tours all have the quality of "insider tours". Rabbit / hedgehog concept in connection with Belgian roundabout brings fun together for all horsepower classes and different driving skills. If you get involved, you will find contact quickly, even on your own. Motorcycling is lived here!

Nice Ladies, positive environment...

I've been to Bauer Schmidt with friends and a motorcycle several times. Always a warm welcome. There was a reception drink from the house. The staff is very nice, hardworking and attentive. The food is okay and plentiful. The rooms are very clean and functional. The boss gives you many tour tips and he is also an expert when it comes to questions of motorcycle navigation. He is always available for a small talk in his beautiful beer garden. The price / performance ratio is also top. I will gladly come again. Greetings from Wuppertal

This is my fourth time going and they are always great. True German atmosphere and food. Biergarten is surprising since from the outside there is no hint as to how nice it is inside.

No real choices and slow service

Family slept here for a night. Good room for the price for 2 rooms. Come the next morning, we went to their buffet and it was really really amazing. Good food every America can relate to. Recomend for everyone.

I stayed in their room and frequented their Biergarten for food and drinks. The owner/manager and staff were extremely accommodating when it came to anything whether it was the room, restaurant or bar. The room is small, has everything you need. Ideal for short stays. If your doing long term you may not like it. All the food I tried was great and the drinks were good as well even if I asked for things that were not common. Pricing is outstanding as well I don’t think you can beat the prices of anything they offer here. I would definitely stay again or visit.

Perfect! The overall experience was stress free and so accommodating. I am 8 months pregnant and I was completely stress free here with my husband and dog. You’re greeted with warm smiles from everyone there. The hotel rooms are minimal and clean. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The biergarten is wonderful area to sit and enjoy the afternoon. The food was also filling and delicious! I do highly recommend staying here if you want to experience amazing hospitality and that feel-like-a-local vibe.

We arrived at 10 pm and the waitress made us wait for half an hour at the bar, giving us a free beer , after the shower we went down to the hotel restaurant and they served us with 10 minutes difference, the beds are very fragile be careful

It doesn't look like much but it has fantastic food and great staff. One free drink upon visit too. The owners are incredible and the rooms are very well kept.

Long wait but worth it

Cozy, rustic and very familiar. Do you have to get involved with it a bit more relaxed? The rooms are perfectly fine for the price and very clean. The bathroom is spacious, only the toilet was a bit too small and low. Very good and cheap food in the evening. The staff is friendly and courteous. Will I choose again if I have to do in the area.

This is our go-to place in Weilerbach for great schnitzel. The head waitress, Barbara gives our daughter a huge hug whenever we visit and we always leave full and happy. Prices are very reasonable and portions are big and they speak English. Never had a bad experience and we come here at least twice a month. They got a great buffet option too.

Bauer Schmidt is our go to hotel and restaurant every time we come to the Kaiserslautern Ramstein area. Just another reason to come here is: At our current reservation there was a mistake in our reservation and they were still able to accommodate us. If you need a place to stay in the K-town/Ramstein area this is it. Great place great staff.😄

First of all, let me say, I've never left a bad review. But, after today, I felt I should warn others, so they might not find themselves in a similar situation. We just arrived here and were ordering pizza for our movers. They were not allowed to eat pork or beef per their religion. but requested pizza with veggies. When ordering peppers on the pizza, the waitress wrote "pepperoni" or something very similar. Someone in the restaurant told me that this in fact was not meat, but when I went on Goggle and searched, the word for pepper was very different. So, again, I'm new and don't want to offend our movers. I just wanted some reassurance. There was a language barrier, so the waitress went and got the manager. He came over and told me to put my Google translator away and yelled at me for not knowing German when ordering. I've never been yelled at or talked down to so much in my life. I cancelled the order and walked out. The last time I cried was years ago. I held it together long enough to make it to my car. He made me feel like a complete waste of a human. Needless to way, we will never go back. Not only that, I wouldn't walk on the same side of the street as that man. Stay away.

My wife and I went to this restaurant by foot from a nearby hotel we are staying at. The beer was fantastic and cheap (thank you Germany) ; our meals were delicious and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Had an outstanding time and the atmosphere was very inviting
